Nov 16, 2019 · Yes, you can create an amiibo card with any android device with the ability to read an NFC card. looked into it, and while ‘homemade’ amiibo are a bit of an iffy subject with Nintendo, they definitely shouldn’t get a user banned as they are that they use the exact same ‘code’ that the official ones use. It's a little program that works on any 3ds model, and it's called Thenaya. It is user-friendly, but it has a text based interface. Here is the link to the program.
